Cooking with rations!

In our topic lessons, we have been learning all about rationing during WW2. Earlier in the term, we were really lucky to have Robert’s Grandad come in and share his memories of rationing during World War 2. He showed us a rationing book and told us about what products were rationed during this time. It was really interesting to hear from someone who had experienced rationing.
In order to explore rationing further,we made savoury scones using a WW2 recipe.
